Tuam Cancer Care is a registered charity, and as such, needs to raise over 90% of the costs of providing their support services each year. The COVID 19 pandemic has had a huge negative effect on fundraising and donations for Tuam Cancer Care and it may be some time before fundraising returns to pre-covid levels. We rely on the funds raised through community events to pay for the support services provided to clients and so every donation helps – no matter how small.
Every year we see so many novel and varied ideas to encourage involvement and raise funds, like a head shave, sporting tournaments, art exhibitions, tea mornings, karaoke nights and much more. The most important thing is to get family and friends involved and to have as much fun as possible.
If you would like to organise a fundraising event for Tuam Cancer Care, just fill in the Fundraising Proposal Form below with as much detail as possible and we will contact you to discuss your plans. We will offer assistance where we can by way of promotion… letter of authorisation, t-shirts, collection buckets, sponsorship cards, Social Media posts etc.
