The aim of Tuam Cancer Care Support and Information Centre is to support and assist people diagnosed with cancer, their families and close friends, from the time of diagnosis, through treatment and afterwards. The support provided will, it is hoped, help the person with a cancer diagnosis to regain control of their lives and enhance personal coping skills, thereby maximizing their quality of life and ensuring a more positive psychological outcome.

- Complementary therapies, such as, massage, reiki and reflexology
- Manual lympathatic drainage therapy
- Access to comprehensive library of cancer related books and leaflets
- Specialist mastectomy aftercare
