These groups range in ability from complete beginners up to regular runners and each train at their appropriate level. Participants are invited to join the Fit4Life Training Programme, facilitated by a qualified leader from Tuam Athletics Club. For insurance purposes it is necessary to register with Tuam Athletics Club - E20.00. This also entitles you to a years membership of the Club including 10% discount in Woodies. Training sessions are free of charge. The Programme is open to people of all ages. No previous experience is necessary and you can choose the pace which best suits your level of ability and fitness. The Training Group will meet every Thursday, starting 3rd March, at 7pm in the Tuam Swimming Club Car Park. You are welcome to join us at any stage in the run up to the Mini Marathon.
